It is one of the best programs to detoxify your body  naturally, its main components are fruits and vegetables, all cold pressed. 

 Detox goal:  It is to reduce the increase in toxins in the body. Each person will have a different experience and the benefits in the future are multiple.

Each Plan is composed of 4 or 6 juices, and the plan is tailored to you. We are a team of health professionals.

 Types of Detox :

  •  Lemon :  lemon , honey,  ginger , turmeric and cayenne pepper (optional).

This juice improves your level of defenses.

  •  Orange:  Carrot,  apple , lemon ginger.

This juice is ideal for strengthening the immune system and energizes the  skin .

  •  Violet:  Beets,  apple , lemon and ginger.

This juice is ideal for giving the body vitamin C, iron and calcium.

 Green:   Spinach ,  apple , ginger and  lemon .

This juice serves to purify the body, improve fluid retention. (optional, celery or cucumber).


If you are pregnant, trying to be pregnant, or breastfeeding, it is advisable  not  to do a DETOX. However, incorporating juices into your daily diet will be very healthy for your body . At any consultation, we suggest you consult your doctor and/or nutritionist .

It is very important to consult the health professional, it is not so easy to opt for detox if you are not supervised.There are many people with various pathologies who should be careful before opting for DETOX.
