Hummus of orange or turkish lentils

Another option of hummus to accompany the Argentine barbecue.

And here's another option of hummus to accompany the Argentinean asado. This one is very, very fast and you can serve it as an accompaniment to meat or to chop with olives before the main course is ready. The best thing about these lentils, in addition to their flavor, is that they are fast cooking. Let's try it!! Ingredients -300 grams of lentils -2 tablespoons olive oil -Juice of one lemon -Salt to taste -Spicy paprika or cayenne to sprinkle Preparation Boil the lentils for ten minutes in water and salt. Strain, mix with oil, salt and lemon and process. Sprinkle with paprika and serve cold.
