How to make a dorado on the grill

Today we bring you the  recipe  so that you can make the best  grilled gilding  in the easiest way. El  dorado  is a white, soft and semi-fat meat  fish  . It has an intense flavor and is highly appreciated in   gastronomy  .

 How to season golden on the grill? 

 Grilled Dorado  is one of the most traditional recipes of  this     fish    , but today we are going to give it a special touch, a  marinated  with some  ingredients  that are in any  home  .

 ingredients 

  • 1 golden
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Ground chili
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 Step-by-step elaboration 

  1. While the  embers  are made and the  grill is heated,  we will be doing the  marinade  for our  grilled gilding  .
  2. In a  bowl  we place half a cup  of olive oil  next to the 2 tablespoons of mustard,  the juice of 1 lemon, the 2 cloves of chopped garlic, thyme and rosemary to taste and seasoned with salt, pepper and ground chili pepper. 
  3. Next, we wash the  fish very well and open it in two, we have two options here: we can separate the  two fillets or leave the  fish open, but in one piece, cooking will be the same.
  4.  We brush the grill with   oil  so that the fish  does not stick and does not break us during cooking and place it with the skin up  . If you look, we still do not salt it, since the  marinade  will be the one that spice our  golden  .
  5. We begin to brush our reserved  marinade  in el  dorado  every 5 minutes approximately until we complete the 25 minutes of cooking.
  6. After this time and very carefully, we turn the  dorado with the skin down .
  7. We continue to brush  our marinade  every 5 minutes until we complete another 20 minutes.
  8. We will realize that the  fish  is  cooked  when we can separate the  backbone from the meat effortlessly  .
  9. Remove the  backbone from the fish  carefully that there are  no thorns  left, and remove from the  grill  .
  10. We cut el  dorado  into 6 or 8 servings and serve with a  rich fresh salad  .

 With what to accompany dorado on the grill? 

It can be accompanied with  roasted potatoes on the grill, roasted peppers with muzzarella inside or some fresh and bitter salad. 

In addition to a good ice  white wine  .
