  For the sauce

  1. The first step in making these cabbage wrapped children is to choose large cabbage leaves. Wash them, spend about two minutes in boiling water, and then pass through cold water to stop cooking. Dry and reserve them for later use. This process is called scalding cabbage leaves and is done so that the leaves are not so hard when assembling children wrapped with ground meat.
  2. On the other hand, in a bowl, place the ground meat and rice (raw) and pepper everything. Also add chopped garlic and parsley and grated cheese. Then place a part of this filling on the leaves and roll them up for wrapped children forms of cabbage.
  3. Apart make the sauce by chop the onion and the bell and mixing with all the rest of ingredients. Then boil it a few minutes until the sauce of children wrapped cabbage is reduced.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 °C, place the wrapped children on a baking tray or baking dish and bake them about 30-35 minutes approximately.
  5. Once baked, children wrapped with cabbage will already be ready to taste. They can be accompanied with natural potatoes and, of course, with reduced sauce.
