Healthy eating for hypertensive patients

Not everything is dieting in the life of the one who has high pressure. Here's a few things that are healthy eating for hypertensive people.

 Hypertension is a very dangerous disease.  And that suffers a large part of the world's population. From which our country is not exempt. Here we help you with some tips for a healthy diet for hypertensive patients.

One of the first tips is  to reduce the amount of sodium to 3 grams per day . And be careful, because sodium is not present only in  salt . There are many foods that contain it.

 Increase the consumption of  vegetables  . The recommended is half a dish per meal, at least.

Also consumption of  skim dairy , which are rich in calcium and proteins, but do not get fat.

And from  legumes , for vegetable protein. No, legumes don't get fat. Eat least twice a week.

 Increase the amount of fish and poultry  (better than chicken are rabbit or pavita, they do not have anabolics).

Add  whole grains  (by the amount of fiber) and nuts and seeds (by the amount of magnesium).

Consume more  fruits . There are delicious here.

It's not all to increase

Red meat, alcohol, soda and bakery products must be  reduced  .
