Havanet Cake

And when you have no idea what to put your dough we always have the dulce de leche and chocolate to fill it and be happy.

Torta Havanet


 For the dough: 
  • 250 grams flour 0000
  • 100 grams of impalpable sugar
  • 150 grams of unsalted butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
 For the filling: 
  • 250 grams of  dulce de leche 
  • 200 grams of  chocolate cup
  • 50 grams of butter


Use very cold butter. Grate it and integrate it with the dry ingredients previously sifted to form a sandy paste. It's good to do it quickly so that the butter does not warm up. Separately mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla and beat gently.

Join everything and once formed the dough leave it for an hour in the refrigerator (or more). This dough can be stored in freezer.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

Fill with dulce de leche and chocolate previously melted in a bain-marie with the butter.
