Biscuits of happiness

If there's mate, make it with fat biscuits. We bring you a recipe for you to prepare them at home and make everyone very happy.


There are few things more wonderful in life than   fat biscuits   . For its taste, for their texture, because they go well at any time. Because we all love them. If a sponge cake appears behind a mate, there's not much more to ask the Universe.

The package fat biscuits are fine, but home-made ones take all the prizes. In order for you to test yourself and do them at home, we leave you a recipe. Do you dare to prepare them?


  • 500 g of flour
  • 150 g fat
  • 250 cc of warm water
  • 20 g of yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt


  1. First, the important thing - yeast. Place it together with warm water and dissolve until it disintegrates. Book.
  2. I dissolved the fat and let it get warm. It can be done in the microwave or in a saucepan on fire.
  3. Now, hands to the dough. In a bowl, I made a crown with flour and sugar. Salt, as always, will go along the edges, so that it does not cross with yeast (do not get along).
  4. In the center of the crown, add the water with the dissolved yeast. Integrate everything with your hands.
  5. Finally, incorporate the fat and form a mass. Lower it to the counter and knead a few minutes, until smooth.
  6. Stretch out the dough and fold it into three parts. I stretched it again. I repeated the same thing several times. It seems a lot, but it's the only way to make the consistency of our biscuits perfect.
  7. We're almost there. It will stretch the dough and form a layer of 5 mm.
  8. Cut the biscuits the way you want: round or square (or rectangular or oval, bah, are your biscuits).
  9. Brush with melted fat and bring to the oven strongly about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Put the turkey, arm the mate and be happy.
