Gazpacho with tomatoes

An ideal “soup” for the summer, with all the freshness and taste of tomatoes. In addition, it is healthy and nutritious. A sopaza!!!

Gazpacho

Blend ½ kilogram of pear tomatoes cut into quarters, 1 red onion, 2 cucumbers, 1 morron cut into pieces, ½ lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar, sugar, salt, 30 grs of lactal bread crumb cut into pieces, chopped garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add ice and continue to liquefy. Serve with croutons, focaccia slices, tomato cubes or basil leaves.
