For the side of tomatoes

Tomatoes are an extraordinary food. Delicious. Versatile. Highly protein. And fillings are a one-way trip, which even allows you to innovate.

How many times does it happen to you that you don't have time to cook? Or that you have no remote idea what to cook. In such cases, I recommend going out for the side of tomatoes.

Tomatoes are great. Let's start by saying  they're a fruit  and not a  vegetable . I'm not crazy. Fruit or  fruit  is all that vegetable that contains seeds... I mean... They are a  very high source of  vitamins  : A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, K and E. Their water, as in all vegetables, has  neutral ph . Numerous  mineral salts : potassium, chlorine, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, sodium, iron, copper, zinc, iodine, cobalt, manganese, chromium, nickel and fluorine. Besides, for me, they're delicious. And they even help prevent prostate cancer.

Let's go with some stuffed tomatoes! Fast, easy, protein, and even I almost tell you cheap.

There are hundreds of ways to prepare them. Natural, baked.  They go with almost all kinds of stuffing . My favourites are  tuna stuffed. But they are such a noble dish that  allows you to innovate  and refill them as you like best. Everything's gonna be okay.

Preparation is so easy, I'm even ashamed to explain it. But nobility obliges. And maybe there's some newcomer in the art of cooking, reading.

Okay.  You wash the tomatoes well . Above all, in this time of both agrochemical. You cut them in the middle. With a spoon, you hollow them out. You're morphing the part of the heart, which is the richest thing. There, while you're preparing. Like every good amateur cook. You leave them to the side.

You prepare the filling with tuna, mayonnaise, bell, corn, boiled egg, olives. Put it on. You mix the filling. And you fill the half tomatoes. To the fridge for a while. Ready! A saladito dish, with tuna smell and rich food.
