How many times do you have no time to cook? Or you have no idea what to cook. In such cases, I recommend going out for the side of tomatoes.

Tomatoes are great. Let's tear it off by saying that it 's a fruit and not a vegetable. I'm not crazy. Fruit or fruit is any vegetable that contains seeds... I mean... They are a very high source of vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, K and E. Their water, as in all vegetables, has neutral ph. There are hundreds of ways to prepare them. Natural, baked. They go with almost all kinds of stuffing. My favorites are tunastuffed. But they are such a noble dish, that it allows you to innovate and fill them as you like. It's gonna be okay.

Oh, good. You wash the tomatoes well. Above all, in this time of so much agrochemical. You cut them in the middle. With a spoon, you hollow them out well. You morphite the part of the heart, which is the richest part. There, while you prepare. Like every good amateur cook. You put them aside.

Prepare the filling with tuna, mayonnaise, morron, choclo, boiled egg, olives. Put it on. You mix the filling. And you fill the half tomatoes. In the fridge for a while. Ready! A savory dish, with a smell of tuna and rich food.
