Father Fahy

A drink of Tato Giovannoni inspired by an Irish priest who settled in the Province of Buenos Aires. Could he not be rich? Obviously not.

Padre Fahy

Tato Giovanonni once again delights us with one of his exclusive drinks.

I made this drink inspired by Father Anthony Fahy's character. An Irish priest who arrived in Argentina in the middle of the 19th century. And he dedicated himself to welcoming all the Irish and helping them to settle in the outskirts of the province of  Buenos Aires .

50 ml of Jameson (or similar)

25 ml of Hesperidin

150 ml White Octopus tonic

Method: direct

Ice: rocks

Glass: stemless wine glass

Decoration: pink grapefruit slice

In a stemless wine glass, place four ice stones, Jameson, Hesperidin and tonic, stir and decorate with half a slice of pink grapefruit.
