Cut the cabbages into pieces and place in a bowl with edges of at least 30 cm high. In a saucepan warm the cream and mix it with two tablespoons of grated cheese, salt, pepper and diced bacon. To put the preparation evenly on cabbage. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and cook at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Pull out when golden and gratin .
Tip: cauliflower can be replaced with Brussels cabbage.
