Here is the recipe of the majestic ceviche, as they do in Peru, country of origin.
Cut fish fillets into thin transverse plasters. Reserve them in a bowl.
Chop 1 chili pepper, 1 sprig of coriander and mix it with the fish. Season with
salt and pepper.
Add lemon juice.
Add clean shrimp.
Take the bowl to the fridge for 10 minutes.
Cut 2 purple onions into finely finite slices and place them on the fish.
Sstir and leave 10 more minutes in the refrigerator.
