Wine, herbs, citrus fruits, coffee, cocoa: Calimocho brings to our palate flavors of all kinds. Preparing it is very simple, but it has a previous step. Let's go?

  •  Method:  direct

  •  Ice:  rocks

  •  Glass: wine glass  

  •  Decoration:  orange slice, mint branch

 ingredients 

  • 50 ml of Santa Julia tempranillo (or similar)
  • 100 ml of homemade glue

 Preparation 

In a glass of wine, place the Santa Julia Tempranillo and the homemade cola together with four ice stones. Stir and decorate with half a slice of orange and mint branch.

How to make a homemade tail?

 ingredients 

  • 30 coriander
  • seeds 10 cardamom
  • seeds
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Zest of an orange
  • Peel of two limes
  • Peel
  • of a lemon
  • 100 g ground coffee
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 300 g sugar
  • 3 fresh lavender flowers

 Preparation 

Place the ingredients in a liter of water and cook for half an hour over medium heat. Then strain and sift (with Chinese siphon and canvas) and place in an iSi siphon. Add a load and store in the refrigerator.

About the author

I grew up in Pinamar, on the coast of Buenos Aires, facing the Argentine Sea, cradled by the tides, that movement of ascent and descent of the waters caused by the Sun and the Moon. The Atlantic Ocean and its horizon reminded me of the place from which my grandparents arrived. The sea is a metaphor for my life. I'm Renato Giovannoni, I was a waiter, gardener and a mason. I studied film in Los Angeles, I also like to draw and received myself as an advertising art director. But I chose to be a bartender, and everything I learned from the places and the people I knew I apply to my drinks. Living is also sailing, and there is a drink to accompany every moment. They know me as Tato. Welcome to my sea.
