Recipe with rice flour
If medieval witches had lived at this time they would not have suffered persecution because instead of preparing potions they would have experimented with ingredients and spices. This pudding was born like that. It's the first recipe with rice flour I made and I'm going for more to avoid the bonfire.
125 grams of butter (look for options without TACC)
250 grams of impalpable sugar (options without TACC)
250 grams of rice flour
50 grams of corn starch
1 tablespoon baking powder (See what is without TACC)
50 ml of milk (Argentina's best-known brands have TACC-free options)
Zest of the peel of two oranges
1 teaspoon of emulsion or orange essence (it is optional and only if they get without TACC).
Mix in electric blender the butter at room temperature with sugar until forming an ointment. Add eggs, essence, zest and beat again to medium power until unifying. Then add the dried ingredients previously mixed with each other. Mix again by adding milk and whisk a minute more at medium power. Cook at 175 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes. Garnish with impalpable sugar.
