Orange Pudding without TACC

If medieval witches had lived at this time they would not have suffered persecution because instead of preparing potions they would have experimented with ingredients and spices. This pudding was born this way. It is the first recipe with rice flour that I made and I go for more to avoid the bonfire. Ingredients: 125 grams of butter (look for options without TACC) 250 grams of impalpable sugar (non-TACC options) 3 eggs 250 grams of rice flour 50 grams of cornstarch 1 tablespoon baking powder (See what is without TACC) 50 ml of milk (the best known brands in Argentina have options without TACC) Grated peel of two oranges 1 teaspoon of emulsion or orange essence (optional and only if you get no TACC). Preparation: In an electric mixer, mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar until it forms an ointment. Add the eggs, the essence, the zest and beat again at medium power until unified. Then add the dry ingredients previously mixed with each other. Mix again adding the milk and whisk one more minute at medium power. Cook at 175 degrees centigrade for 35 to 40 minutes. Decorate with icing sugar.
