A good loin of hake can be a delicious dish , and of course very light, and even if it is perfect and we feel good when we are on a stirred stomach, it is also a great dish to be satisfied and enjoy a good fish recipe .
In a low saucepan, we simmer a half-cm sliced potato, one onion cut into quarters, and a sliced carrot. To taste, we add a bunch of fresh parsley, a bay leaf and black pepper. We put everything in the saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. The liquid should be as necessary to cover the ingredients and a little more. You have to be pending in case it evaporates to add what is needed. This pre-cooking will last approximately 15 minutes, until the potato and carrot are tender .
When the garnish takes about 15 minutes to cook, put the fish loins for four or five minutes until its color starts to change from pink to white and turn off the fire , letting them finish doing for another couple of minutes. When the fish is finished, remove the laurel, cooked onion and parsley and serve.
