Bloody Fierrito

Bloody Mary al Fierrito is a drink with roasted tomato juice with malbec and ice.

In an old fashioned glass place the salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, tabasco and vodka. Stir to unite the flavors. Add a little of the juice of tomatoes and stir again. Fill with ice, fill with the rest of the tomato juice and stir. Finish with the cucumber bar and sprinkle a little black pepper.

Juice of roasted tomatoes with malbec:

Cook six perita tomatoes on a griddle until they are almost black on the outside. Remove from heat, place two tablespoons of sugar, 150 ml of malbec, two coffee size tablespoons of fine salt. Let stand for fifteen minutes. Then process everything in the blender with 250 ml of squeezed orange juice. Store in refrigerator.

10 ml of lemon juice

pinch of salt
