Mexican steak sandwichs

A different touch to every day's steak, easy and rich

Sandwich de bife a la mex


  • Eye of steak

  • Salt
  •  Marinated
  • Pepper
  • :  
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Orange
  • Lime

  • Garlic

  • Coriander

  •  Green sauce:  
  • Avocado

  • Green onion

  • Garlic

  • Cilantro

  • White vinegar

  •  Armed
  • Lemon Juice
  • : 
  • Rugula
  • Bread
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

 For steaks,  hammer with kitchen hammer to enlarge and pepper.

Place in a bowl with the marinade (chop the garlic and cilantro and add the orange, lemon and olive oil juices), cover and reserve in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Grilled on both sides.

 For the sauce,  place all the ingredients in a blender, pepper and blend well. Add olive to taste if the consistency is very liquid.

 For sandwiches,  place the steaks on the bread and season with the green sauce, complete with arugula.
