Cuadrril 8 steaks
Flour 0000 c/n
Garlic 2 cloves
Red morron 2
Green morron 2
White wine 250 cc
Laurel 2 leaves
Crushed tomato 1 liter
Meat broth c/n
Potato 1 kilo
Neutral oil c/n
For steaks to the , salt the steaks and go through flour. Brown on both sides in a frying pan with olive and set aside.
In the same pan, clear the fillet vegetables and add the steaks. Season, deglaze with white wine and when alcohol evaporates add bay leaf, tomato and broth until covered.
Reduce until steaks are cooked.
For fries, peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks and fry in hot oil.
Mix with chopped parsley.
