Rich and easy!!
Ingredients: (Four people)
-1 fresh trout per person
-200 grams of cherry tomatoes
-100 grams of black olives
-half a glass of lemon juice
-3 sprigs of green onion
-oregano, pepper and ground pepper (or seasoning badia full seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Oiled the roasting pan, place the trout, season with spices and lemon juice and add the vegetables and olives previously cut.
Bake ten to fifteen minutes at 190 degrees Celsius taking care not to dry.
Serve hot with Patagonian papines.
