Ingredients : (Four people)
-1 fresh trout per person
-200 grams of cherry tomatoes
-100 grams of black olives
-half a glass of lemon juice
-3 sprigs of green onion
-Oregano, pepper and ground chili pepper (or seasoning badia full seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Oil the roast, place the trout, season with spices and lemon juice and add the previously cut vegetables and olives.
Bake ten to fifteen minutes at 190 degrees Celsius taking care that it does not dry.
Serve hot with Patagonian porridges.
