Saute the onions, chili pepper and tomato in oil for five minutes over medium heat. Add the meat , season, put the lemon juice, and olives and stir mixing well on medium heat for three to four minutes more (leave semi raw meat because it is finished cooking in the oven). Allow to cool and taste. Add lemon if needed. Fill the caps into open triangles above. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or warm with lemon nearby for anyone who wants to add.
