5 new ways to eat avocado

Surprise yourself with new flavors.

 1 As a substitute for oil or baking butter 

It's a secret that no one will discover in your meals. Just do it: shred it well to be able to measure it exactly, in one-to-one ratio.

 2 As a  salad dressing 

Blend the avocado well with olive oil, a little lemon and water. Ready! To spice up. But it can also be a substitute for mayonnaise.

 3 Filling 

Here you can incorporate everything you like. Take out the  seed  and fill. Incluisve with cheeses (you can bake).

 4 On toast 

It is smeared very well on wholemeal bread and is a very tasty combination.

 5 In dips 

Fry it in distraved slices for 3 minutes on each side. Cool and eat with your favorite dressing.
