2 simple recipes, pastries and cordobese

 Budín de mandarina y mistol

Mandarin and mistol pudding

 Alejandro Castro, Cordovan cook,  shares from Villa Giardino, this time, a recipe based on a very characteristic product of the area, as is the mistol.  Mistol is a sweet fruit very typical of mountain mountains. Because our mountain gives us the best native plants, native herbs and  edible regional fruits . ingredients
  • 1 cup mistol flour

  • 2 cups flour 000 or wholemeal

  • 1 cup

  • sugar

  • 1 cup sunflower oil

  • 1 egg

  • A pinch of baking soda

  • 1 tangerine: zest and juice

  • Chocolate Only if you are paint!

Step by step comes out a  pudinazo 
  1. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients, with the help of a spatula and without whipping, until you achieve a uniform mass with a creamy consistency. If you paint you, you can try a tablespoon, so you  know perfectly  what is missing...
  2. Once the preparation is ready, you have to fill the molds. You can choose small or large pyrotines. The important thing is that you fill to 3/4 of its entirety. Then you can throw chocolate chips on top of it.

For cooking we have two options:

  1. In the oven: 180 °C for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. In the Essen pot: pre-heat the pot with its lid to generate oven environment.Place the molds and cook for 8 to 10 minutes over crown heat.

 Secretip:  To control your cooking, prick with a toothpick or fork.Once it comes out clean, we have our puddings ready. There's only... enjoy!

Coconut Brownie in 3 Steps

To cook the ideal dessert: a few simple but delicious coconut brownies. ingredients
  • 5 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3 cups coconut

  • 200 grams butter

  • Flour

Step by step
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl (minus butter and flour). Stir and mix them until a soft consent is generated.
  2. Add the 200 grams of melted butter and continue stirring. Thus, the mixture is taking a thicker consent. Then add the cup of flour to it. And the preparation is ready.
  3. Place in the oven between 20 and 25 minutes. Once it gets up and is well cooked, take it out and try it!.
