2 easy invoice recipes to accompany the mate

Is anyone in the living room looking forward to trying new sweet things? Here's a double bill recipe for crowning the evenings.

 The kitchen is a space that allows us to be without restrictions . There, we can express our tastes, desire and creativity. This is a time when not only does hunger play, but it helps us to disconnect our heads. That's why we came up with a  mix of food recipes  that can  spice up your matteadas  . We  entrerrianos are never going to wait for you without a plate on the table with rich things that accompany good conversations . So, if you want to join our ritual, you don't have any more excuses.

 Recipe for black pancakes stuffed with dulce de leche 

Ingredients for dough
  • 500 g flour 0000
  • 10 g salt
  • 100 cc water
  • 100 cc milk
  • 20 g yeast
  • 100 g fat or butter
  • 40 g classic sugar
Ingredients for cover and filling
  • 500 g black sugar
  • 100 g classic sugar
  • 100 g flour 0000 500 g of
  • dulce de leche pastry


Make a  crown  with flour mixed with salt and sugar. Then  dissolve  the yeast in a little milk and a tablespoon of flour or sugar. Then,  overturn the formed ferment  with the rest of the ingredients. It should  begin to join the dough and add  the water, the rest of the milk and finally, the melted butter. Continue kneading for a while until the texture is smooth and even. Subsequently, it is allowed to rest until it doubled its volume.

Once the point is achieved, it is  degassed and stretched  with a height of about 1 or 2 centimeters. After that, you need  to cut it with a round object  (it can be a shear or a tapita of something). The pancakes are placed next to each other on a butted plate. In parallel, they  are sifted  with flour and let them rise again. Meanwhile, ordinary and black sugar should be  mixed  with flour. This last preparation is sprinkled on the masitas previously painted with water. Finally, they are  baked  at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes and  filled  .

 Recipe for ricotta and lemon biscuits 

Ingredients for 30 units
  • 250 g flour 0000
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • Zest of a lemon
  • Unpalpable sugar for sprinkling (optional)

 And now how do we do?  

First,  sift the flour  0000 with the baking powder and leave them apart. Then, in a bowl  pour  the ricotta and sugar and mix them until both are well integrated. Once the step is completed,  add  the egg and perfume with the lemon zest. Continue  mixing and gradually incorporate  the dry mixture from the beginning.  Stir  until a compact, smooth and lump-free mass is obtained.

Already with the dough ready, grab a fountain and cover it with vegetable paper (if we have). With our hands a little wet  we begin to make the balls  of more or less equal proportions. Then  place them separately  inside the tray because they will increase in size and  put them in the preheated oven  to 180°. To finish,  we bake them  about 20 minutes, although that depends on the mornings of each kitchen. When they are ready, let them cool and if you want, you can sprinkle them with impalpable sugar as a decoration.
