Churros: weakness that does not distinguish seasons

Cold or hot, no one can resist the temptation of crispy churros. Filled, bathed or simple: everyone has his favorite.


You could say that churro is timeless. It is a success in the beach, where accompanies the mattes of the afternoon. Also when the cold pushes us in doors and, if it is with a hot chocolate , much better. Churros taste our mornings and afternoons. Churros are one of the sweetest and richest traditions we have.

Stuffed, or not. Bathedor not. Variants are many, and the mother recipe of all of them surprises by the simple. Flour and boiled water with coarse salt. That's all it takes to create this crunchy delight that drives everyone crazy. Then it takes a little hand and a few secrets.

In Argentina, however, there is one that beats everyone: the churro stuffed with dulce de leche, as it could not be otherwise. Few things compete with the warm sensation of sweet mixed with the crunchy of the dough. Resounding success in the best venues. And the whole year of running.
