With a small gesture, many times you can make a big difference. In times of crisis, the solidarity of the Argentines explodes and there is no need for great acts to do something for the other. In the town of Lezama , Buenos Aires province, a bakery decided to contribute its own: they give bread to those who cannot afford it .
“If you need or know someone who needs bread and can't buy it, you come and take it for free! It is our humble collaboration for our people ! We're all out of this together”: this is what a Facebook post announces the bakery “ La Tía Potota “, located in Presidente Perón street, between Blandengues and Libertad, in Lezama. The repercussion was a lot and many neighbors were excited about this act of solidarity from the owners of the bakery.
A few days after starting the initiative, other traders in the area joined the move: “We want to publicly thank the girls of 'Maxi Kiosko' for their donation, we are excited to know that this initiative motivated other merchants like us. This will help a lot of people! Remember every day we'll have bread bags for whoever needs it, you just have to come and get it. We're all out of this together .”
It is simply about that: that we all have our best in this quarantine so necessary for the country to get ahead in the coronavirus pandemic. With a little bit, we can do a lot.
