  • Repeal of the Electoral Law of 1901, eliminating the uninominal system.
  • Regulation of the exercise of the liberal professions.
  • Enactment of the Sunday Rest Act.
  • Nationalization of the  University of La Plata .
  • Increased trade with  Europe .
  • “ Láinez Law” on the creation of elementary schools in the provinces.
  • Extension of the railway network.
