 Bernardino of Trinidad Gonzalez Rivadavia and Rivadavia 

Born in Buenos Aires on May 20, 1780. He died in Cadiz,  Spain  on September 2, 1845.

Married to Juana del Pino President of the  United Provinces of Rio de la Plata .

Mandate: February 8, 1826 to June 27, 1827 (resignation).

 GOVERNMENT WORK: 

  • First Law of Capitalization of Buenos Aires.
  • Organization of the Post Administration.
  • Promotion of popular education and modernization of the  Faculty of Medicine .
  • Establishment of the Bank of the United Provinces of the Rio de la Plata (National Bank).
  • Law of Enfiteusis.
  • Law on the Consolidation of State Public Debt.
  • War with Brazil.
  • Unitary Constitution of 1826.

  • Government: Julian Segundo de Agüero.
  • War and Navy:  Carlos Maria de Alvear .
  • Foreign Relations: Francisco Fernández de la Cruz.
  • Farm: Salvador Maria del Carril.
