Manuel Rico is an architect and is responsible for the MR Arquitectura studio. The team of professionals has been working at Estancia Atamisque.
In Valle de Uco , with Estancia Atamisque, as well as in housing complexes of a major developer, MR Arquitectura has been working hard. For the future they plan the construction of two cellars and two more large buildings with 60 departments each , to be developed in Godoy Cruz and another in Guaymallén .
“ Estancia Atamisque is an amazing project and is in an area of the most beautiful. It started with a studio of architects from Mendoza and they have given us the great job of being able to continue it. It is a proposal that has 140 hectares, we work with the part of urban development, internal regulations and construction, housing projects or housing type, more than 14 lodges for tourist accommodation, among others things. It is developed for people who love country life, for second home in Mendoza or for those who want to invest,” said Rico, from MR Arquitectura.
The professional pointed out that this ambitious initiative includes an equestrian center that has a large property for the natural grazing of horses , a club of wines comprising a small winery for the elaboration of high altitude wines, which will provide a winemaking service to the owners, a wine storage sector and is completed with a tasting room and restaurant.
The cottages or lodges reach a development of homes for tourist use with privileged views of the Cordillera de Los Andes , which will offer accommodation for visitors in different configurations (from 2 to 8 seats each), with complete amenities and services.
“It's sold pretty well. They are properties on land ranging from 5,000 to more than 10,000 square meters, located in different sectors. Closure between batches is prohibited unless pircas stones are used. The idea is to remember the big argentinian estancias, where one happens to be a stay,” he said.
The entrance portal, located on Ruta Provincial 89, rescues the traditional system of pircas with stones of the place with the traditional trams of the area. This has a space for the security guard and provides a secondary access with a service path; this is widely used in the construction stage of housing within the complex.
Natural trails , consistent with the identity of the entrepreneurship, have been prioritized achieving spaces and circuits with the least possible intervention. In this way, forests, lagoons, viewpoints and various places are planned for the contemplation of the landscape and the enjoyment of nature .
The architect Manuel Rico explained that among other proposals of the studio we can mention a category building on Emilio Civit street with 19 residences for an important investor groupnbsp; Mendoza . They are also planning and directing another building on Juan B. Justo Street, which is already finished with the thick work and will begin with the fine part. It has 16 departments, carports for each of them and grills sector.
MR Arquitectura v iene worked in other private neighborhoods as is the case of Cepas del Carmen . It is a private neighborhood nestled in one of the most exclusive areas of East Mendoza. Developed in a natural environment , committed to eco-friendly activities and a beautiful view surrounded by mountains, wineries and vineyards .
They are also developing a commercial center in the East Mendoza, the same will have commercial premises and food sector, among other features, which is in the project stage.
