To the duck water!

Do not replace water if you don't like it; it's like washing your car with coffee or soda

We don't just use water to bathe, wash clothes or dishes. This is deeper than all that. Everyone at some point has heard that drinking water is of great importance for health, I tell you why. Because your body needs water to perform many of the functions it performs. Among them :  your blood contains plenty of water, and carries oxygen to all the cells in your body; without oxygen, all those cells would die and your body would stop working. In the presence of water, our liver works much better, allows the removal of various toxins, and helps to burn fats. Helps avoid constipation. In addition, metabolism is performed in the presence of water, such as digestion and breathing. Water allows the proper functioning of the kidneys. Water is the main component of our organism, we can not live without it. The lack of it in our body can lead to dehydration and in many cases we could reach death. Attention with children and older adults, it is for those who are most difficult to drink water, we must be more on top to make it habit to take it. The daily amount of water plays a very important role in having a healthy body and a healthy life. Drinking a considerable amount of it daily, will give us great benefits for our health. But do not replace water if you do not like it, it's as if to wash the car or clean our house we use coffee or some carbonated drink. There is no one to replace water. We don't replace it with anything. I recommend between 8 and 10 glasses of water daily. Let's not wait to be thirsty to drink water!!!
