The first treasure hunt will be held in the streets of Buenos Aires

On December 16, the competition “Discover the City”, the first treasure hunt that will cover different neighborhoods, museums and theatres.

The Buenos Aires government will hold on December 16 the competition “Discover the City”, the first treasure hunt that will cover different neighborhoods, museums and theaters. “It is an urban activity for all ages in which participants will have to fulfill a series of slogans and reach different positions that will be scattered around the City,” said in a statement the deputy head of the Buenos Aires government. Competitors must visit museums, theaters, management spaces and hidden corners of the City's neighborhoods during the activity, while each team will have to draw their own route plan. In addition to the prizes for those who achieve the best positions, competitors will be able to find at the posts, such as theatre tickets, books or hotel stays. Team participants will need to download the UrbanRun app, available from the Apple Store or Play Store, to receive instructions and a unique personal code to activate their registration on the phone. The quota of participants will be 3,000 people, the SUBE card and the cell phone with mobile data and charged battery will also be required to present the medical apt that can be made free of charge in Kynet during the week prior to the event or the same day in the United Nations Park. The event will be held on Sunday 16 December from 17 to 19 and the start will be at the Plaza de las Naciones (Av. Figueroa Alcorta 2301) and through the mobile the participants will begin to receive slogans that they will fulfill until they complete the race, in a stipulated time that must not exceed 2 hours.
