Philately: The most expensive stamp in Argentina

The most expensive old stamp in Argentina.

Stamps are unfortunately an endangered species for the philatelist, replaced the correspondence that uses them, first with email and then by social networks.

The most valuable remains the blue Rivadavia (actually blue-green), with rubber on the reverse, 15 cents, undented from the year 1864.

Berdino Rivadavia was 1st President
of the United Provinces of the Rio de la Plata from 8 February 1826 to 27 June 1827.

Averaging the values in different catalogs, it runs around  21,400 pesos .

tengo un montón de estampillas de diferentes países de la década del setenta y quisiera saber cual es el precio. Yo no soy coleccionista y desearia venderlas.
