The rate of growth of the hair follicles depends on each individual, some have the shortest and others the longest growth phase. Myth. THE STRESS? This is an important factor that can lead to hair loss (alopecia), and is one of the most difficult factors to manage. Meditating, taking time to relax, exercising or having a hobby could help prevent stress and, consequently, alopecia along with many other conditions. True.
