They will face the legendary team again, next Saturday at the close of the European tour and the 2018 season.

The Pumas will again face the legendary team of Barbarians, next Saturday from 11.30 pm, at the close of the European tour and the 2018 season. The first clash between the two was in November 1990, in Cardiff, with tirunfo 34-22 of the team by invitation. The second time they saw their faces, took place in November 2015, when Los Pumas won 49 to 31, putting a finishing touch to the year that held them as quarters at the World Cup in England. For Saturday's match, Ba Baas already confirmed his squad, with the inclusion of Juan Manuel Leguizamón. This year, Los Pumas rival won the two matches he played: 37-0 over British Army and a remarkable 63-45 against England in Twickenham. Barbarians is an invitation team founded in 1890 and which had several Argentine players throughout its history. Fabio Gomez was the first Argentine player to be summoned. He played Bradford & Bingley on October 2, 1990, scoring 8 points in the 52-7 win. While Agustín Pichot, with 7 presences, is the one who played the most matches with Barbarians between 1996 and 2002.
