Carlos Retegui is the new coach of Las Leonas

“El Chapa” Carlos Retegui replaces Agustín Corradini

The Board of Directors of the Argentine Hockey Confederation appointed Carlos Retegui as the new coach of the women's hockey team to replace Agustín Corradini. Among the most important achievements of Retegui at the head of the Lionesses are the world title won at the Rosario World Cup (2010), the Trophy of Champions in Rosario (2012), the silver medal at the London Olympic Games (2012) and bronze at the World Cup in The Hague (2014). In addition, as coach of the Lions, he won the historic gold medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro 2016.
