Whether you are on a diet or not, it is very important to have the habit of making snack.

According to the dictionary, when we talk about collation , do we have to refer to a college degree or a meal? What I'm going to talk to you about today is food related. First of all, I want to make it clear whether or not you are on a diet, it is very important to have the habit of making snacks: we satisfy ourselves, avoid getting very hungry to meals, and do not get out of control when we arrive at lunch or dinner. We must all do them, from school-age children to adults. I take workers as an example. International organizations have a great concern for them, for the accelerated and stressed life they suffer, about the sedentary of their lives and lack of physical activity. If they also smoke, performance and productivity can go in decline, due to overweight and obesity.
I know that in many companies they care about the health of their employees (I have been consulted on the subject). In most cases we are consulted to give their employees a certain well-being and comfort in the workplace. There are particular cases in which certain difficulties occur, but the worker must also be taught about healthy habits. A good meal plan should have breakfast (we already talked about it, remember?), lunch, snack and dinner. But, in addition, it should have two snack, one in mid-morning and the other in mid-afternoon. They are very important, I always ask my patients to try to do them because spending a lot of time without eating anything is not good. In addition, performing them provide nutrients and energy to our day. Snacks should include fruits, some yogurt (with or without cereals), gelatin, and other low-fat, fiber-rich foods. It would also be nice if we take the moment to pause and disconnect for a while. Making snack is starting to have a good eating habit. As with breakfast, this is food education . I give you some examples of healthy snacks (which can be taken to school or to work):
Let's try to start gradually to create a snack habit. Benefits are insured. I know that putting it into practice is not an easy task: the secret is to know how to organize yourself. Finally, let us define unhealthy snacks: any food or whose quantity significantly exceeds the daily calorie requirement thus favoring the development of overweight and obesity.
