"To be an entrepreneur you need perseverance"
Hay que saber qué mirar en el mercado.
A small start-up capital, a shed and used tools. With this tight frame Ariel Caratozzolo started twenty years ago with MacTrail, a leading brand in the manufacture and sale of approved trailers, food trucks, boat trailers, car trailers, motorcycles, quads, UTVs, and special cargo trailers. "We have to take the good things from other countries, there is not much that can be invented, especially in metalworking, and update our reality. I travel a lot, see what works and use it as a source of inspiration. Several times they bring me fantastic business ideas but it all ends when I ask them "Did you see if it works elsewhere?", says Ariel with the simplicity of a small company that produces 15,000 units for private and state, Argentine and foreign customers, all under standardized licenses and permits, and with a capacity of 600 vehicles a year but with the possibility of tripling that number due to a modern manufacturing and assembly line under exceptional technicians. Nearly to launch MacTrail Rental, the first food truck and trailer rental system in Argentina, Caratazzolo says: "They're all watching but nobody can see. You have to know what to look for in the market. That is what the success of an entrepreneur in Argentina is based on".
