The brand becomes the first cafeteria with a wide healthy offer with 100% TACC free options.
In order to expand your options for those looking for a gluten-free alternative for their meals, Café Martínez presents a full menu without TACC . It is an integrative proposal, developed in conjunction with Syntax, a company that since 2012 is dedicated to the production of gluten-free foods. The result is a line of products with the same quality as the traditional menu, according to the needs of the celiac community and all those who choose to follow a gluten-free diet.
Salty novelties include ham and cheese sandwiches, pumpkin cake and delicious ricotta crepes and mushrooms. The sweet menu includes chocolate alfajores, brownie with nuts, pudding with nuts and vanilla cookies with chocolate chips.
“ At Café Martínez we constantly work on incorporating proposals into our menu so that everyone can enjoy and share our experience. We know that beyond the celiac community there are people looking for gluten-free alternatives for their diet and that is why it is extremely important for us and it is part of our daily agenda, to have proposals according to the new consumption habits and needs of our community,” explained Lucila Cabello, Marketing Manager of the brand.
Syntax is dedicated to the elaboration and distribution of this type of products with a rigorous protocol, to avoid the risk of any type of cross contamination. “ We know that the procedures are very important to ensure that the dish that arrives at the table is 100% gluten-free. That is why we work especially on this point with the Syntax team, established protocols and handling procedures and train employees in each store to know how to handle them and ensure the quality of each product ,” said Andrea Medina, Product Manager at Café Martínez .
For his part, Danilo da Graca, head of communication at Syntax, said that “For Café Martínez we think varied options, both sweet and savory, that can be consumed at any time of the day. Syntax is proud to be able to expand our horizons by the hand of such a recognized brand. It is not easy for those who should, or prefer, to maintain a gluten-free diet to find fresh and quality products.”
In principle the proposal will be available in the branches of CABA and Gran Buenos Aires, but the brand aims to extend to all Café Martínez stores in the country and the world in a short time.
