Go to sectionLearn about the history of Cabaña Las Lilas: one of the most prestigious companies in our country.
Cabin Las Lilas has achieved a prestige that is worth highlighting. It is established to the northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires, in the world renowned humid pampa, one of the agricultural areas par excellence. From there, pioneers of livestock development, began to populate with Hacienda Angus and Hereford a vaccine community, producing the first high-yielding and early steers. Later they were dedicated to managing the development of the first campuses and cabins of these breeds, managing to meet their need and supplying other establishments with the best bulls.
Later it was the turn of agriculture: they put special care in the turnover of pastures to achieve the best selection of breeding from bulls to field. Since the middle of the last century they develop the best pedigree animals, taking the business to the development of “la cabana” and obtaining the best prizes uninterruptedly in the Rural de Palermo, becoming the great supplier of Argentine livestock.
In the 80s the company broke into the market with the development of vacuum packaged boneless meat. Just later, it opens the doors of its first restaurant in the Puerto Madero neighborhood, making it an icon of roast meats, today a tradition of Buenos Aires gastronomy.
